C.E.A.R.S. was initially developed to handle customer enquiries and automate quotation sheets. Since its early days as a cost-saving business tool, C.E.A.R.S. was substantially redeveloped and is now available as a free solution.
C.E.A.R.S. manages customer information, creating a central shared repository from which your entire business can quickly and easily find details on clients. Linked in with the customer information are all of the enquiries and order requests made by that company or individual. All of this information is readily accessible from a web-based interface, allowing access by any device connecting to the Internet.

Once you've updated the system with information, the data becomes immediately available for all of your staff negating the need for photocopying, faxes, memo's or sticky notes whenever you've modified a quote or invoice. A system log allows you to track instantly what has happened on the system and when.
Built into the system are access control levels, allowing you to define who in your office can access functions of the system. Set access to the system based on 5 security levels.
